Delivery (UK Mainland Excluding Highlands and Islands)
We are proud of our service level and we ensure that we maintain an adequate stock
to ensure a speedy delivery. Our manufactured products are generally despatched
the day following order. Made to measure products are normally despatched within
2 days of the order.
Saturday delivery can be arranged on request, but may incur
an additional charge.
Return of Goods Policy
All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by
the Customer Service team. All RMA's must be received within 10 days of the RMA
issue date.
Returned goods that are unused and in the original packaging may be
exchanged for other products. Goods returned for credit and not an exchange will
be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers our administration expenses in
dealing with the return.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges
on made to measure items.

Incorrect
Delivery or Damaged Goods
Please notify our customer service team within 7 working days if any part of the
consignment is missing or damaged.
Pricing
All prices are exclusive or VAT and Carriage
charges
Payment
Payment should be made within 30 days of the date of invoice by
cheque or bank transfer.
Colour
Please note that some colour variance in the items listed may occur. If you require
fabric sample of any of our products please call.
